Yes. There's room to park large boats on the driveway near the sheds. Our small jetty isn't suitable for launching boats or jet skis, but the Clayton Bay boat ramp is just a couple of minutes' drive away.
Yes — you have direct access to Lake Alexandrina with kayaks and small boats straight from the property.
It's one of the things guests mention most. There's a playground, a huge lawn, games and puzzles inside. We just ask that no glass is left on the grass, as little ones love to run barefoot.

The indoor combustion heater is available year-round. The outdoor fire pit can be used outside of the fire-ban season — always check CFS fire danger ratings on the day.
